Behavioral Health Services

Nurse-Family Partnership – Home visitation program for first-time, high-risk mothers, pairing them with a registered nurse for guidance and education.

Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services

Adult Day Programs (Graham County) – Person-centered programs that focus on independent living skills, therapy plans, and community involvement.

In-Home Support Services – Assistance for individuals with IDD who live independently or with family/caregivers, helping with personal care, home management, and community integration.

Respite Services – Short-term relief for caregivers, including supervision, daily living assistance, and recreational activities.

Transportation Services – Door-to-door transportation for individuals with IDD to access employment, medical appointments, day programs, and social activities.

Employment & Vocational Training

Employment Services – Helping adults prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment.

Supported Employment – Job coaching and workplace accommodations to assist individuals with IDD in securing competitive jobs.
