Our team provides mental health evaluation, diagnostic clarification, comprehensive treatment planning, and medication management services.
Members who see a Behavioral Health Medical Professional (BHMP) will receive an evaluation that addresses their biological, psychological, social, and spiritual history, present functioning across their environments, and desired outcomes.
A health plan will be developed, and appropriate referrals will be made for any needs that are determined through the evaluation process.
If medication is prescribed, members will see their assigned BHMP at a frequency which is recommended for safety and optimal functioning, which is generally every 1 to 3 months.
Members will optimally see their BHMP in person. Telehealth appointments are available when needed and when clinically supported.
