Support for Expecting and New Parents in Pima, Yuma, or Graham Counties
Are you expecting a baby or recently gave birth? Our Nurse Home Visitation programs offer free, in-home support to help you navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenting.
When you enroll, you’ll be matched with a registered nurse who will walk alongside you, providing personalized care, advice, and guidance based on your family’s needs.
Our Nurse Home Visitation services include multiple evidence-based programs delivered by experienced, licensed nurses. While some eligibility criteria vary, your nurse will help determine which program is the best fit.
This approach ensures you get the right level of care based on your unique situation — without needing to figure it out yourse
You may qualify if:
You are currently pregnant
You have a newborn less than 8 weeks old
You live in Pima, Yuma, or Graham Counties (including Safford and Sierra Vista)
You meet basic risk or need criteria (most families do!)
No insurance is required. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Your nurse can support you with:
Preparing for a healthy birth
Breastfeeding and infant feeding tips
Baby sleep and safety guidance
Maternal mental health support
Help with appointments, resources, and early development questions
We offer flexible visits in your home or preferred location — whatever makes you most comfortable.
