The Mark’s Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, high-impact mental health support for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient treatment. Our program is ideal for adults experiencing acute symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use who benefit from a more immersive and frequent therapeutic environment.
Delivered by a multidisciplinary team, the Adult IOP includes group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, and psychoeducation across several days a week. Clients maintain their daily routines while receiving consistent and coordinated care, helping them build coping strategies, reduce distress, and stabilize their mental health.
Participants attend 3 hour-long sessions 3 (three) times per week for an average 90 days. Includes group, education, and family sessions as well as medication and or individual counseling referrals when needed. The primary focus includes depression, anxiety, and other mood-related disorders.
Supporting the mental health of teens is critical during these formative years. At The Mark Counseling, our adolescent services are tailored to meet the developmental and emotional needs of youth ages 12–17. We provide a safe, welcoming space where adolescents can work through anxiety, depression, school or family stress, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
Our experienced clinicians use age-appropriate, trauma-informed methods that encourage emotional regulation, communication skills, and self-esteem. We also collaborate closely with families to foster stronger support systems at home and at school, empowering teens and their caregivers with tools for lasting growth and connection.
Our Adolescent IOP is designed for teens who require more intensive support than traditional outpatient therapy can provide. This structured, multi-day program addresses moderate to severe mental health concerns in a setting that fosters peer support, skill development, and therapeutic growth.
We focus on equipping teens with practical tools for managing emotions, building healthy relationships, and navigating school or family challenges. The program includes group therapy, individual and family sessions, and psychiatric oversight to ensure each participant receives comprehensive and personalized care.
